Why use Verenigma?

Emotional instability can make a person more volatile and unpredictable, especially when combined with chronic stress and fatigue. This cycle can worsen with emotional numbness, which is common in conditions like PTSD, ADHD, and Autism.

Verenigma reduces emotional volatility by up to 37%, helping to create more stability by improving emotional clarity and making it easier to sleep.

Stress or trauma can cause emotional dysregulation, especially when fatigue and hyperarousal are involved. This is often worsened by emotional blindness, also known as alexithymia. Alexithymia, which is more common in people with conditions like ADHD, Autism, and PTSD, makes it hard to identify and express emotions. This can lead to greater emotional regulation problems, worsening stress and other mental health challenges.

What can Verenigma do to help?

Verenigma clears this emotional fog through a two-part process. First, it analyzes your voice to provide accurate insights into your levels of stress, anxiety, depression, and more, and labels your emotions. Second, it encourages daily reflection and re-evaluation, helping your brain connect feelings to emotions. Verenigma's reports, allow you to make meaningful changes based on the data you have gathered.

Verenigma Cracks The Code

Our studies of ADHD, PTSD & Autism (ASD) users show Verenigma improves your emotional processing capabilities and provides a protective framework to achieve and maintain emotional clarity: reducing the symptoms of inattention of ADHD and goal direction of PTSD.  Increasing emotional clarity enhances emotional regulation dispersing anxiety.

Self-management cycle

Verenigma analyses a person’s unique voice patterns to visualise their psychological state. Using this voice emotion recognition system daily brings emotional clarity, helping to reduce alexithymia and improve emotional regulation.

Verenigma’s feedback cycle allows users to create personalised strategies, helping them choose and optimise activities that best suit their lives.

Monitor symptoms

Verenigma analyses voice recordings to track and visualise mental health symptoms, particularly stress, depression, and anxiety. It provides insight into your emotional states and regulation efforts over time, helping reduce alexithymia, which is often linked to conditions like ADHD, Autism, and PTSD.

By providing ongoing reports, Verenigma enables you to monitor changes in your emotional health and make positive life changes based on this information, working at both the conscious and unconscious levels to reduce anxiety.

Choose your way

Verenigma helps you identify which activities work best to reduce symptoms by providing clear, measurable scores. It tracks the impact of social, personal, and physical activities, making it easy to compare what reduces stress, anxiety, or depression. Using this data to reflect and adapt improves emotional regulation and boosts focus.

More data, metrics and reports

Verenigma tracks the three pillars of well-being: sleep, heart rate variance (HRV), and emotional health, helping you understand how they shape your daily life. HRV is a powerful indicator of your body’s ability to handle stress and recover. By tracking these areas together, Verenigma gives you valuable insights into your health, helping you make informed choices.

Security as a priority

Voice recording data is deleted after it is processed*. Other health data is protected with modern encryption methods, so you can be assured that the security of your data is our priority.

Affect labelling can help improve emotional awareness and regulation, easing psychological burden and promoting a healthier sense of self.

"I feel like just the fact that I had to talk about what was going on in my life for 20 seconds twice a day helped me reflect on how I was feeling. That was honestly way more helpful than the rating numbers for the three emotions, which didn't always feel accurate."

Efficacy

Emotional regulation correlates with levels of ADHD. In particular emotional clarity, a sub domain of emotional regulation independently predicts levels of ADHD

Therapy and medication are the twin pillars of ADHD support and management. Pharmacological intervention results in better emotional regulation but sometimes at the cost of lowered emotional clarity. Therapy engenders similar levels of improved  self regulation.

Verenigma enhances emotional regulation anchored in increased emotional clarity.
